This year's survey mainly focuse on local startups, freelancers, developers, graphics designers, software engineers, project managers, lead, micro managers and many more... throughout the industry, in order to help us highlight different voices and surface deeper insights, we made a special effort to provide new ways to break our data down, collecting infromations from various sources. including Freelance Ethiopia, HahuJobs, EthioJobs, Amazon Jobs with many others and would like to give our thanks to them.

This survey is an audience survey, it is not a targeted survey, it is a general survey, organized and maintained by the cringe-101 team and the community.
